August Volunteer Spotlight: Michele Anderson
Michele began volunteering at N Street Village in April 2023, specifically in the clothing closet in the Bethany Day Center.
But she’s not a newcomer to the Village.
“I found N Street Village exactly 15 years ago,” she said. “I was homeless, addicted, and just lost. My family was through with me, and somehow I found a place that gave me hope, health and happiness. Being a part of something that helps me to help others. I found my family and my opportunity to give back and to help through N Street Village.”
