10am: Physiology Fitness Class for All Levels
Led by Physiology Fitness owner Dave Ridings, this class is a great way to keep moving during quarantine. All exercises will have a level 1-2-3 for beginner to advanced so everyone can feel comfortable attending. You do not NEED weights for the class but if you have some bring them along if you want to make it harder.
