Meditation Workshop

As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, join us on Wednesday, May 26 for a free 20 minute guided meditation hosted by Village friend, Sarah Stever. Free for all, this event is a chance to unwind and check in with your body. Come as you are in a space you feel comfortable and safe. No need to bring anything but yourself.

A Zoom link will be provided before the event to all those who register. All donations are 100% tax-deductible and go directly to supporting N Street Village.

About Sarah

After years of meditation practice and training in meditation facilitation, Sarah (she/her) began leading virtual meditations at the start of the U.K. pandemic lockdown after desire from classmates. She leads several different types of meditations but mainly focuses on guided insight meditations. Sarah approaches meditation with curiosity, has seen its impacts on her life, and loves sharing it with others.
